Transitional Support Services (TSS)
TSS will assist participants by facilitating the development of innovative time limited supports to help strengthen community involvement. The ultimate goal of TSS is for the participant to be able to make plans about future life directions most appropriate to their needs and abilities. Admission Criteria

The focus of Transitional Support Services is to assist young
adults with an intellectual disability make a successful transition from
High School to a wide range of community participation activities.
